Your pricing percentages are not set by default. Create a rule to start previewing proposals.

Formula: proposed base price = higher of (cost × (1 + markup %)) or (cost + minimum profit), plus handling reserve; then round up. Gross-profit and margin estimates are before taxes, shipping, payment fees, and other expenses.

PAI catalog import

Upload the private PAI CSV export. It is read locally and sent only to your authenticated Supabase import function. New parts stay DRAFT; retailer prices remain blank and wholesale costs are never published. Changed supplier costs queue a manual price review when applicable.

Preview first. You must explicitly approve the import. Invalid rows are skipped and downloadable for correction. Do not upload private supplier files to a public website or repository.

Image quality / watermark handling

PAI image URLs in the spreadsheet frequently contain /marked/. These are flagged for rights review and remain draft until approved imagery is provided. The bot does not strip watermarks or rewrite the URLs.

Use PAI-provided clean assets or written authorization for image transformations before publishing.
